We can usually design common pressure vessels 3 ways: we have standard commercial programs Advanced Pressure Vessel and PV Elite and we have a large library of custom written spreadsheets. Our preference is to use Advanced Pressure Vessel to do the standard components and using our spreadsheets to complete unusual design details.

We prove unusual design features that cannot be calculated using standard code rules by SolidWorks Simulation Finite Element Analysis (FEA). We have 8 years experience using FEA to analyze complete vessels and unusual vessel features. We do hundreds of FEA reports every year and have had them accepted by all Canadian jurisdictions.

We use Both SolidWorks and AutoCAD to do drawings. Samples of our Drawings, Calculations and FEA reports can be seen in the Sample section.
